Swuupi is an automated price tracking engine. You submit the URL of a product you want to buy, and we monitor its price across online stores every single day. The moment the price drops below the product's baseline, we send you an email alert with a direct link to the cheapest available listing. No apps, no dashboards — just an email when the timing is right.

Swuupi has a free tier that lets you browse live deals and set basic price alerts. Our Premium plan unlocks unlimited tracked products, full price-history charts, faster alerts, and automatic cross-store matching. You can cancel Premium at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period.

On the free tier, our scraper runs once daily (at midnight) and sends alerts that morning if a drop is detected. Premium subscribers receive alerts within minutes of our engine detecting a price change — we prioritise Premium product listings in our scraping queue and run checks throughout the day. In both cases, the alert email lands in your inbox before the deal disappears.

Direct store links (the "Buy now at [Store]" button) are reserved for Premium subscribers. This is one of the core ways we fund the infrastructure required to check prices daily across hundreds of product listings. Free-tier users can still see the current lowest price and set alerts, but upgrading to Premium unlocks the direct link alongside unlimited tracking and full history charts.

Retailers change their prices constantly, sometimes multiple times a day. While Swuupi's engine is highly accurate, a store may raise their price or sell out of the item between the time we detect the drop and the time you click the link. Swuupi acts as an informational guide, but the final price at checkout on the retailer's website is the only one that applies.

Yes. To help keep our servers running and support the free tier, we may use affiliate links for some retailers. This means if you click a link through Swuupi and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission. This comes at absolutely zero additional cost to you, and it does not influence how our engine calculates Fair Value or Timing Scores.

Our engine is designed to be domain-agnostic, meaning you can paste a product link from almost any major e-commerce retailer. If our system cannot parse a specific website due to heavy anti-bot protections, the tracker will notify you.

Yes — absolutely. You can cancel from your Profile page at any time with a single click. There are no cancellation fees and no questions asked. When you cancel, your Premium access remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.

You have full control over your data. You can delete your account permanently from your Profile settings. This will immediately wipe your email, watchlists, and personal data from our active databases in accordance with GDPR.
