What is the Widget Studio?
The Widget Studio is Swuupi's free tool for publishers. Pick a product from the Swuupi catalogue, choose how the widget should look, and copy a short piece of embed code into your page. The widget then shows that product's current price, its fair value and our buy recommendation, drawn from the same price monitoring that powers Swuupi itself.
What the widgets show
Current price and fair value
The latest verified price next to the fair value we calculate from the product's price history, so readers can see at a glance whether a price is good.
Buy or wait recommendation
The same verdict shoppers see on Swuupi. When we cannot vouch for a price — out of stock or not recently verified — the widget says so instead of guessing.
12-month price trend
An optional graph of the price over the past year, with the 12-month low, high and average available in the full price table layout.
Four layouts, light and dark
Card, compact badge, banner or full price table, each in a light or dark theme, so the widget fits a sidebar, an article body or a comparison section.
How to use it
Create a free account
Sign in or create a Swuupi account. The Studio is included for every member.
Choose a product and a look
Search the catalogue or start from the products you already monitor, then choose the widget type, layout and theme.
Register your domain
Add the domain of your site. Code locked to it only renders there and on its subdomains.
Copy the code into your page
Paste the JavaScript snippet into your article, or use the iFrame version if your platform removes script tags. The widget updates on its own from then on.
